Varnish in Hosting
Varnish comes as an optional upgrade with each of our Linux hosting. You can add it to your web hosting account from the Hepsia hosting Control Panel, which is offered with all shared packages and you’ll get an amazingly simple-to-use interface, which will grant you complete control over the caching system. Using one-click fast-access buttons, you can restart or deactivate any of the instances, in other words – Varnish will no longer work for a certain website. You can also check a comprehensive log file or delete the cache associated with any of the Internet sites. When you add Varnish to your shared hosting package, you will be able to choose the maximum amount of system memory that will be at your disposal for content caching purposes and how many websites will use Varnish. You can always get more memory in increments of 32 MB and, for top performance, you can assign a dedicated IP to the sites that will use Varnish. This will enable you to take full advantage of your websites and to have a lot of satisfied users.
Varnish in Semi-dedicated Servers
All our semi-dedicated servers come with Varnish by default, so you can take full advantage of the web accelerator tool and enhance the loading speed of any website that you host on our platform. You will get 64 megabytes of system memory exclusively for the Varnish accelerator at no extra cost and you can enable an instance with no more than a few clicks via the Hepsia Control Panel, which comes with the semi-dedicated server packages. If you want more memory, the latter is available in increments of 32 MB in the Control Panel’s Upgrades section and it will be at your disposal right away. You can also add more instances as an upgrade, so you can choose if plenty of data will be cached for one website or if the memory will be utilized by several websites. Hepsia will allow you to restart or to stop any instance, to check the system log file for it or to clear the cached data using one-click buttons. To take full advantage of Varnish, you can allocate a dedicated IP to the websites that will employ it.
Varnish in VPS Servers
You can use Varnish with all our VPS server packages at no extra cost, as the data caching platform is pre-installed and is offered by default. The only prerequisite is that the VPS must come with the Hepsia Control Panel, via which you will be able to set up Varnish for any of your Internet sites with only a couple of clicks of the mouse. Each Virtual Private Server package comes with a different amount of system memory for content caching purposes, but you will get no less than several hundred MB, which is sufficient even for several resource-intensive websites. Shortly after you enable Varnish, it will start caching the content that your site visitors access, so you’ll notice the much faster site loading speeds and the reduced load on the machine in no time. The caching platform will allow you to use a less high-priced Virtual Private Server, since you won’t require that many resources to ensure the uninterrupted operation of your websites even if you own resource-demanding websites with a lot of visitors. Best results are accomplished if the websites that use Varnish use also a dedicated IP.
Varnish in Dedicated Servers
In case you order a dedicated server with the Hepsia Control Panel, you’ll acquire the Varnish content caching platform at no additional charge and you will have full control over it through a rather easy-to-use GUI – you will be able to start, to cancel or to restart an instance, to view an elaborate log, to delete the cached data associated with any site and much, much more. Varnish will have several gigabytes of virtual memory at its disposal, so even if you have popular websites with multiple visitors, you will notice the considerably better page load times and the reduced load on the server. This will happen shortly after you begin using the Varnish platform, since it will require a certain amount of time to cache the pages that visitors access. You can get the most out of the platform’s potential if the websites that are using it use also a dedicated IP, but owing to the fact that your server comes with a few IPs by default, you won’t need to pay anything on top of your monthly charge for the server itself.
